TeleHood LLC Acceptable Use Policy

As an interconnected VoIP provider in the U.S., TeleHood LLC follows all applicable regulations to ensure safe, reliable, and legal use of our services. By using our services, you agree to this Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), which outlines what’s permitted, prohibited, and expected from all users.

1. Permitted Use

Our services are intended solely for lawful, personal, or business communications within the U.S. Please use our services responsibly and in line with this policy and all applicable U.S. laws, including Federal Communications Commission (FCC) rules.

2. Prohibited Activities :

You may not use TeleHood LLC services for:

Fraud or Misrepresentation: Impersonating others, using deceptive tactics, or attempting to defraud anyone.
Spam and Unsolicited Calls: Making bulk calls or messages without prior consent, including robocalls.
Harmful Content: Transmitting offensive, obscene, or abusive messages, or engaging in harassment.
Network Abuse: Engaging in activities that could harm or overload our network, including hacking or unauthorized access attempts.
Illegal or Unlawful Activities: Violating local, state, or federal laws, including FCC regulations, telemarketing laws, and privacy rules.

3. Privacy and Data Protection :

We are committed to protecting your data, and users must respect the privacy of others. Misuse of TeleHood LLC’s services to collect or distribute personal data without proper consent is prohibited.

4. Fair Usage :

Our services include a Fair Usage Policy to maintain quality for all users. Excessive, abusive, or unusual use that impacts network performance may result in account limitations or a review of your usage.

5. Service Suspension or Termination :

TeleHood LLC may suspend or terminate service if there is evidence of a policy violation, including:

Warning or Suspension: Temporary restrictions on your account if misuse is suspected.
Termination: Immediate termination for serious or repeated violations, with no refund for unused prepaid balances.

6. Reporting Issues :

To report a violation of this policy, please contact us . We will review reports confidentially and take action as needed.

7. Modifications to Policy :

We may update this AUP as needed to comply with U.S. regulations or enhance service quality. Continued use of our services means acceptance of these changes.

8. Acceptance :

By using TeleHood LLC services, you agree to abide by this Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable laws.

TeleHood LLC Dispute and Refund Policy

At TeleHood LLC, we prioritize customer satisfaction while following U.S. and FCC regulations for our prepaid VoIP services. This policy outlines how we handle disputes and refund requests in a fair and straightforward way.

When You May Qualify for a Refund
We’ll consider a refund if:

There was a failure to deliver the service you paid for.
You experienced issues with the service, and we were given a chance to resolve it.
Please note: Any used prepaid balance, including balance spent on completed calls, is non-refundable.

How to Request Help or a Refund ?
If you have a concern or would like to request a refund, please reach out by email or mail with the details and any supporting information. We recommend contacting us soon after the issue occurs, so we can assist you promptly.

How We Handle Concerns ?
After reviewing your request, we may:

Provide a refund.
Adjust or restore the service.
Offer another fair solution.
Service Termination.

TeleHood LLC may end service if the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) is violated. In these cases, any unused prepaid balance won’t be refunded, and service will be terminated immediately upon notice.

Dispute Resolution Process
If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can choose to resolve the matter through arbitration with the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Both parties agree to follow AAA’s process, and the arbitrator’s decision will be binding.

Important Note on Chargebacks
Please use this policy to resolve disputes. Initiating a chargeback or other method without following this process may violate our terms and could also go against relevant banking rules.

Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of Wyoming. By using TeleHood LLC services, you agree to these terms and conditions.
